Flow of Membership Registration Procedures

Please read the following information if you wish to apply for auction membership.

STEP 1

Please read the following information and go to "Inquiry" at the bottom of this page.
STEP 2

Designated staff will contact you by e-mail.
* All required documents will be attached.
STEP 3

Applicant needs to fill out all the required documents and send KUEC by e-mail.
STEP 4

KUEC will examine all of your documents. Once you are approved the membership registration, KUEC will request you the deposit of tender bond.
STEP 5

When applicant makes a deposit of tender bond (JPY 500,000.-), applicant shall inform KUEC by e-mail.
STEP 6

Auction Registration Number will be sent by e-mail after KUEC has confirmed your tender bond.

Documents Required for Membership Registration

Please submit the following documents to complete the application.
(all required documents will be sent by e-mail after KUEC receives your application form.)

1) Auction Membership Enrollment Form 2) Copy of Business Registration 3) Statement of Assurance for Export Control*

Deposit

The registration deposit JPY 500,000 is required in order to apply for membership.
KUEC will request you the deposit of tender bond, once you are approved the membership registration.
